Unless stated otherwise in this Report, expressions defined in the Prospectus have the same meaning in this Report. Our limited assurance engagement has been carried out in accordance with auditing or other standards and practices generally accepted within Australia. Scope Statutory Historical Financial Information BDO has been engaged to review the following statutory historical financial information (‘the Statutory Historical Financial Information’) included in the Prospectus, being:  The statutory historical statement of financial position as at 30 June 2020. The Statutory Historical Financial Information has been prepared in accordance with the stated basis of preparation, being the recognition and measurement principles contained in Australian Accounting Standards and AuKing’s adopted accounting policies. The Statutory Historical Financial Information has been extracted from the financial report of AuKing for HY20, which was audited by BDO Audit Pty Ltd. The audits were conducted in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards. The Statutory Historical Financial Information is presented in the public document in an abbreviated form, insofar as it does not include all of the presentation and disclosures required by Australian Accounting Standards and other mandatory professional reporting requirements applicable to general purpose financial reports prepared in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 . 8.
