If you do not provide complete and accurate personal information, your application may not be able to be processed. The Company maintains the register of members of the Company through Link Market Services Limited, an external service provider. The Company requires Link to comply with the National Privacy Principles with performing these services. The Company’s register is required by law to contain certain personal information about members such as their name and address and number of Shares held. In addition the Company collects personal information from members including contact details, bank accounts, membership details and tax file numbers. This information is used to carry out registry functions such as payment of dividends, sending annual and half yearly reports, notices of meetings, newsletters and notifications to the Australian Taxation Office. In addition, contact information will be used from time to time to inform members of new initiatives concerning the Company. 248
